Reserving A Unit And Moving In

  • How do I rent a storage unit?

Renting is simple! You can reserve your unit online or give us a call. Units are rented on a month-to-month basis with no deposit required. Payment can be made online.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term storage contract?

No long-term commitment required. All rentals are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to stay as long — or as short — as you need.

  • Does the unit come with a lock?

Units do not include a lock. We recommend the Master Lock Disc Padlock for reliable security.

  • What do I need to do when I move out?

We are sorry to see you go! When you are ready to vacate, please follow these steps:

    • Remove all belongings from your unit
    • Remove your lock from the unit and leave the door to the unit open
    • Take a photo of your empty unit with the unit number showing
    • Notify us when you are fully moved out and email or text your photo of the empty unit
    • We will confirm receipt of your photo, close your contract and discontinue the autopay

Please note: Rent is NOT pro-rated and there are no refunds for unused days in your billing cycle. Units are billed on a full month-to-month basis starting on your assigned move-in date. We hope to serve you again in the future!

Protect My Belongings

  • Do I need storage property protection / insurance?

We highly recommend that all stored belongings are covered by insurance. Whether through your homeowner's policy, renter's insurance, or a dedicated storage protection plan, having coverage gives you peace of mind in the event of unexpected damage or loss. Please contact us if you have questions about coverage options.

    • Please note that the insurance for the building does NOT cover the contents of your storage unit.
  • How much does self storage property protection cost?
    • $8.95 per month - Up to $1,000 in personal property damage
    • $11.95 per month - Up to $5,000 in personal property damage
    • $21.95 per month - Up to $10,000 in personal property damage
    • Your insurance provider should also be able to provide options. It is possible that your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy already covers your belongings
  • How much property protection do I need?

The amount of coverage you need depends on what you will be storing in the unit. One way to estimate the value of what you will be storing is the cost of replacing something if it becomes damaged.

  • How do I cancel the property protection policy?

We are ready to assist you in any way, including cancelling your property protection policy (if it was purchased through us). If your insurance was through your personal insurance provider, please contact them directly.
